Same day bookings
can be made if you have your own table but are £30 cash on arrival.
This is allocated on a first come first served basis according to space available once all prepaid stalls have arrived

Please note: In booking with us you agree to staying for the duration of the fair opening times of 10am - 4pm.
Any stalls packing up early will be subject to a penalty fee of £10 to be paid before leaving or it will be invoiced to you.
Please provide your name, address and contact tel number/email on booking.

If you can support this fair regularly, prepaid stall prices can remain low. Lets build this together.

N.B. Table hire is booked by Thursday prior to the event.
Stalls booked after Thursday of coming fair MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES
We do provide chairs for everyone!

Payment can then be made by bank transfer/ bank deposit.

Once transfer is made please email so we can check receipt and confirm your booking.

Cheques can be accepted but must be received at least 7 days prior to the event you are booking for.

* Please note we are a product based fair so this is unsuitable for service industry promotion.
  Sorry but we DO NOT accept the following stalls :- educational courses, religious groups, MLM, email list prize promotion, raffles, tombolas, charities or over 18 products .

* We reserve the right to cancel any stall booked that is deemed inappropriate for this event either by Purple Sky Events or the venue management. 
No refund will be given should this occur.
