How much is a stall? If prepaid then £10 using your own table or £15 with table hire. Must be prepaid by the Thursday before the fair.
  On the day bookings are available with your own table at £20 cash on arrival but are sold on a first come first served
  basis one prebooked stallholders have arrived. You must bring your own table. N.B. This is an indoor fair only.  

What size is a stall? Stalls are based on a 6ft table size.
If you require larger, then it's pro rata in multiples of 6ft. e.g. 2 tables £20 with own tables. £30 with table hire.
When can I book? Bookings can be made at any time for all dates listed.
  If you require table hire then stall must be booked and paid for by the Thursday prior to the fair you are booking for.

How do I book? Please see the book now! page for payment details.

Can I bring an extra table If you need additional space guaranteed please accordingly.
 or rail? However I will do my best to accomodate your "little extras" where possible & space allows.
  This would be on an ad hoc basis and not to be presumed as regular booked space.

Can I have the same pitch? Regular monthly stallholders can be allocated the same pitch each month if required and booking is paid.
  This only applies whilst attending regularly and missing fairs may result in forfeit of said pitch.

Loading/Unloading/Set up? We set up from 8.30am.
  As table hire is delivered that morning, there may be a slight delay in having your table ready so
  if this is inconvenient, please arrive after 9am to enable us to set it up for you.
  You can obvously be unloading beforehand to your allotted area if you wish.
Break down Any stall packing up early will be subject to a £10 penalty fee to be paid before leaving as you are jeopardising other stallholders.
This is a contractual arrangement and will be invoiced to you if not paid. Equally you will not be rebooked at this fair.

Do I need insurance? All traders should hold their own stock insurance and third party insurance. is one company of many who can assist you.
  If you trade in toiletries or food then you must also hold the relevant certificates for your products.
  Please have copies available on day of trading or email to me ahead on booking.

What if I need to cancel? Sorry but no refunds will be given on cancelled stalls. If you cannot attend once booked, please email/phone asap.
  If exceptional circumstances apply, the management will use it's discretion regarding this.  

Is there free trade entry? Sorry there is no free trade entry for antique dealers unless registered. Please post your card to us and we will gladly register you.

Can I park easily? There is free parking within the college grounds with easy loading/unloading.
  Please do not remain parked in any disabled bays once unloaded unless you have a disability badge.

What can be sold? Any quality collectables /crafts excluding electrical items unless new and boxed.
  This is not a indoor boot fair so only nice good quality items please.
  If you intend selling gift food items or other perishables please email before booking.
  Sorry no stalls requiring food preparation or hot food stalls are available.
